Currently we have a vacancy for the position of Chef / Cook and suitably qualified and or experienced person are encouraged to submit resume to greg@seafaris.com

Position involves preparation and delivery of (your choice of) meals to a high standard for up to 12 clients and nine crew (including self) aboard our live aboard vessel for the 8 day 7 night trips as per this site. Cleanliness, organizational skill and an eye for detail is essential. Neat tidy appearance, team spirit and sober habits required.

Come September we will require a Hostess / house keeper running the domestic side of the vessel on the trips (as per this site) and assisting the chef in preparation and delivery of meals as required. Cleanliness, a high level of organizational skill and a close eye for detail is essential.

Come September we will also require a Fishing guide/s. Applicants need communication skills as well as a sound knowledge of sport fishing practices and techniques and be a passionate angler. A willingness to learn, neat tidy appearance, team spirit and sober habits required. Specific practice and location training provided.

An attractive package including accommodation, electricity, meals, internet etc is provided at our shore facility on the days between trips as is subsidized travel to/from Cairns after probation period.
